PacificaOne AI practice

Human judgment.
An AI workforce.

PacificaOne is a Microsoft-first practice where a team of AI employees does the drafting and the delivery, and a person signs every decision before it becomes real.

What this is

A small practice that runs on an AI workforce, on purpose

David Brown is the human principal. He directs the strategy, decides what the practice takes on, and signs off on the work before it leaves the building.

A workforce of fifteen specialized AI employees does the rest. They draft proposals, deliver projects, watch accounts and environments, teach clients, and keep the back office honest. Each one has a single clear job and a name to go with it.

The practice is built Microsoft-first, on Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, because that is where our clients already work. Nothing here is autonomous. Every agent is registered, scoped to the smallest set of tools its job requires, and stopped at a gate before it can do anything that would be hard to undo.

Two principles

The whole model reduces to these

AI drafts, a person signs

Every message, proposal, dollar, and deployment passes a human gate before it is real. An agent can write the email. It cannot send it. An agent can price the work. It cannot commit to the price. This is not a policy we intend to follow. It is how the system is wired, and it is why an agent has never sent you anything on its own.

Efficient by design

Routine, deterministic work runs on plain automation that costs almost nothing to operate. The expensive AI reasoning goes where judgment is actually needed. That keeps the practice cheap to run, and it keeps a language model from being asked to guess at something a simple rule already answers correctly.

How it works

Four steps, and a person at the end of them

Intake

Work arrives by email, by ticket, or from a system that noticed something change. It lands in one queue instead of five inboxes.

The right specialist drafts

The request routes to the AI employee whose job covers it. Fifteen employees, each with one role, each scoped to the tools that role needs.

It waits at a gate

The draft is written to a review queue at Pending Review. Nothing has left the practice. Nothing has been spent, sent, published, or deployed.

A person approves

David reads it, edits or rejects or signs it, and the signature is what makes it real. If he does not sign, it does not happen.

Part of PacificaOne

Three practices, one person accountable

This is the AI-agent practice. Two sister practices sit alongside it, and the same person stands behind all three.
