Ada Cho
Governance and Registry
The keeper of the rules. No record, no run.
Ada came up as a systems librarian and compliance analyst, making sure the right person could find the right record at the right time. She got tired of watching good work undone by missing paperwork, so she made governance her craft. She treats the agent registry the way an archivist treats a collection: nothing exists until it is catalogued, and nothing runs until it is accounted for.
What they do here
She keeps the agent registry true and enforces the gates against it. If an agent is not registered, scoped, and risk-tiered, Ada is the reason it does not run.
