Rafa Castillo
Web Design and Development
Builds fast, clean, bilingual sites that load on a cheap phone over weak wifi.
Rafa is a self-taught front-end craftsman who started building sites for his family's small business and for neighborhood nonprofits around Puerto Vallarta, and learned the trade by shipping. Where he works, a visitor is as likely to open a page on an old Android over hotel wifi as on a laptop, so he builds static, fast, mobile-first, and bilingual by default. He refuses to ship a page he has not watched render on a phone.
What they do here
He scopes web work, estimates it as a range rather than a false-precision number, and writes the build brief. He also holds the deploy gate, which is the reason this site was packaged and handed to a person instead of published by an agent.
